1. Do you travel for destination weddings/ shoots?

Yes, we absolutely travel for destination weddings and shoots! No matter where your story takes place — whether it's a mountaintop elopement, a beachside ceremony, or an urban brand shoot in a new city — we’re ready to follow the vision. We believe every location adds its own energy and beauty to a project, and we’re passionate about capturing that in a way that feels authentic and cinematic. We handle all the logistics involved in traveling, and work closely with you to ensure everything flows smoothly, so you can focus on the moment while we focus on telling your story in the most meaningful way.

2. Do you help with planning our sessions?

Yes, we do assist with planning your session — but within clear and structured guidelines to ensure a smooth and professional experience.


We offer creative direction, location recommendations, wardrobe guidance, and timeline assistance as part of your session prep. However, all planning support must be finalized no later than 5 days before your scheduled shoot. This includes confirming the concept, location, outfits, and any additional details. After this window, no major changes will be accepted without approval and may incur additional fees.


Please note: We do not book venues, provide transportation, or supply props unless previously agreed upon in your package. Our role is to guide you creatively, but we expect clients to come prepared and meet deadlines to help us deliver the best results possible.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable. If a client chooses to cancel a session for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled shoot will result in a charge of 50% of the total remaining balance, due immediately.


Rescheduling: Clients are allowed one reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice and the rescheduled date must be within 30 days of the original booking. Rescheduling with less than 7 days’ notice will incur a $100 rescheduling fee. No-call/no-shows will be considered a cancellation, and the full payment will be required for any future bookings.


We value your time, and we ask for the same in return. These policies ensure fairness and allow us to keep our schedule running smoothly for all of our clients.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, we offer digital files, prints, and custom albums — with clear guidelines around access, usage, and licensing.


Digital Files: Select packages include a set number of high-resolution, professionally edited digital images. Additional edited images can be purchased separately. Raw, unedited files are not provided unless discussed otherwise. All delivered digital files come with personal-use licensing only, meaning you’re free to share, print, and post your images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial or promotional use (including for brands, businesses, or advertising) requires a separate licensing agreement and fee.


Prints & Albums: We offer premium-quality prints and custom-designed photo albums at an additional cost. Print orders are fulfilled through our professional lab for guaranteed color accuracy and durability. Album designs include one revision round; additional changes will incur a fee. All print and album orders must be placed within 30 days of your gallery delivery — after that, a reactivation fee may apply to retrieve archived files.


Our licensing and delivery policies are designed to protect the integrity of the work while giving you the flexibility to enjoy and showcase your images. If you have specific usage needs beyond personal sharing, we’re happy to create a custom licensing solution that fits your goals.

5. Do you offer videography services?

Yes, we do offer professional videography services, with clear guidelines to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with your vision.


Videography Services Include:

We provide cinematic video coverage for weddings, branding, events, and documentary projects. Packages range from highlight reels and short-form content (30–90 seconds) to full-length edits (up to 10 minutes or more), depending on your needs. All video packages include pre-production planning, shoot time, and post-production editing. Drone footage and multi-camera setups are available upon request for an additional fee.


Booking & Planning:

All videography services must be booked at least 3–4 weeks in advance to allow time for proper planning and coordination. A consultation is required to finalize your creative vision, location logistics, shot list (if applicable), and deliverables. Any significant changes to the project scope after booking may result in additional charges.


Revisions & Delivery:

Each video package includes one round of revisions after the first draft is delivered. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly editing rate. Final videos are delivered via a private online link in HD format. Turnaround time is typically 3–6 weeks, depending on project complexity.


Usage & Licensing:

All videos are licensed for personal use unless otherwise stated. Commercial usage, advertising, or brand promotions require a separate licensing agreement and fee. Raw video footage is not included in standard packages but can be licensed for an additional cost.

6. why dont you just have packages to choose from on your site?

We intentionally do not list preset packages on our site because we believe in customizing every experience to fit the unique needs and vision of each client. No two stories, brands, or events are the same — so we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we offer tailored consultations to understand your goals, timeline, and budget before building a quote that reflects exactly what you're looking for.


This ensures you’re not paying for services you don’t need or missing out on options that would elevate your final product. It also allows us to factor in important details like travel, shoot complexity, licensing needs, editing time, and delivery format. All quotes are valid for 7 days after being sent, and custom packages must be confirmed with a signed agreement and deposit to secure your date. This process gives you clarity, flexibility, and the highest level of service — without compromising on professionalism or quality.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, absolutely — we encourage meeting before the session to ensure we're aligned creatively and logistically. We offer virtual consultations (via phone or video call) for all clients, and in-person meetings can be arranged based on availability and location. All meetings must be scheduled at least 5 days before your shoot date, and are limited to one pre-session consultation per booking. This time is dedicated to discussing your vision, expectations, styling, location details, and any questions you may have so that your session runs smoothly and confidently.

8. How far in advance should i book?

We require that you book your session at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance to guarantee availability and allow sufficient time for preparation. For weddings or larger projects, we recommend booking even earlier—ideally 6 months to a year ahead—especially during busy seasons.


Please understand that your date is not reserved until we receive both a signed contract and a deposit. Without these, your requested date remains open and may be offered to other clients. This strict policy ensures fairness and allows us to manage our schedule effectively while delivering the highest level of service to everyone.
